Your fingers have
traced my skin a thousand times
but as they
lace mine and
intertwine
they send my
heart
crashing
into
my
spine
where it can hide.
Work of Art
The fragments
of me
that you left
scattered on
my bedroom
floor
are really a
mosaic masterpiece
perfect
for someone else’s gallery.
